- Insurance Litigation and Coverage: Practice focuses on property litigation, insurance subrogation, and defense of bad faith litigation. Including experience in:
Construction defect litigation,
Earthquake losses,
Pipeline explosions and failures, and
Business interruption claims - Business Litigation: Represents large corporations in a variety of business litigation matters, including class action defense, false advertising and deceptive trade practices, breach of contract actions and product defense litigation.
- Child Advocacy: Handles pro bono cases for the Alliance for Children's Rights.

Selected Results*
Represented several foreign and domestic insurance companies in litigation arising from a pipeline rupture and explosion that resulted in sustained business interruption and extra expense losses. The litigation involved the resolution of coverage issues with the insured and a subrogation action against the owner and operator of the pipeline.
Represented major insurance company in multi-million dollar coverage dispute and subsequent litigation arising from construction defects at a large hotel.
