Courtney Atwood Joins Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.

MINNEAPOLIS (December 1, 2009) - Courtney Atwood has joined the Minneapolis office of the national law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. as an associate. Ms. Atwood's practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology Transactions, Corporate Finance and Securities, and Commercial/Project Finance and Real Estate. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
Ms. Atwood received her J.D., cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law where she was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review, and her B.A. in History and Philosophy, magna cum laude, with honors from The George Washington University.
