The American Lawyer and IP Law & Business Names Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. "IP Litigation Department of the Year"

The American Lawyer and IP Law & Business has named Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. the "IP Litigation Department of the Year" stating "Robins, Kaplan knows how to win towering IP verdicts." Firms were asked to report on significant achievements between January 1, 2002 and August 1, 2003. Cases for the firm include a $521 million verdict for University of California and Eolas Technologies v. Microsoft Corporation; $30 million jury award for Honeywell Inc. v. U.S. JVC Corp.; $50 million settlement for Tulip Computers International B.V. v. Dell Computer, Inc.; and a $25 million jury award for St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants, Inc. v. Sony Corporation.
