Firm’s Partner Appointed Chair of Military Law Committee

Thomas C. Kayser has been appointed chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's (MSBA) Military Law Committee.
Mr. Kayser's appointment began on July 1, 2009 and will continue through the 2009-2010 bar year. He served as co-chair of the Military Law Committee during 2007-2008. According to the MSBA, the Military Law Committee, among other responsibilities, gathers and disseminates information, shares expertise and advises the members of the Bar on all matters relating to the practice of military law in Minnesota.
Mr. Kayser is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., practicing in the areas of employment, corporate, and constitutional litigation. He was an officer in the United States Air Force (1958-1966) and a member of the United States Air Force Reserve (1967-1983). Mr. Kayser attended St. Mary's University School of Law.
