Forensic Financial and Economic Consultants
Our Forensic Financial and Economic Consultants are comprised of Legal Financial Analysts, a Forensic Accountant and a Financial Research Analyst. Our Financial Advisors handle a wide variety of financial, economic, accounting, and other quantitative issues and analyses to assist our litigation attorneys and clients.
Legal Financial Analysts
The role of the Legal Financial Analysts includes:
- Assisting attorneys in assessing and creating damage models;
- Summarizing large-scale databases using spreadsheets and other reporting methods;
- Conducting financial statement analyses and working with all manners of financial documents; and.
- Succinctly answering questions regarding financial and accounting issues
Our Legal Financial Analysts will also assist in reviewing financial documents; preparing document requests, interrogatory questions and answers; and summarizing deposition testimony relating to financial and economic issues.
Forensic Accountant
Our Forensic Accountant has the unique ability to assess many different financial, economic, and accounting issues in a clear, comprehensible manner. In addition, our Forensic Accountant has provided expert testimony in both federal and state courts regarding a broad array of financial and economic litigation.
The role of our Forensic Accountant includes:
- Strategic examination of economic and accounting situations;
- Conceptualizing damages;
- Critiquing expert reports and assisting with outside experts; and
- Analyzing potential financial fraud issues.
Financial Research
Our Research Analyst conducts financial, economics and other general research for our Financial Advisors and our attorneys. The research includes, for example, sales of products, market share analysis, competitive companies, financial and general information for specific companies, and other financial related topics.
