Represented mutual fund trader in defense of criminal action brought by New York Attorney General's office over alleged mutual fund "late trading," resulting in acquittal.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Represented entertainment company in various actions against entities and individuals making unauthorized use of its trademarks on the Internet and elsewhere.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Represented insurance company in trademark action against parties selling fraudulent policies, obtaining an injunction against the defendants.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Represented financial information company investigated by U.S. Government on claims of invading computer systems and infringing copyrights.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Represented software publisher in a suit by competitor alleging misappropriation of trade secrets in software, resulting in complete defense verdict at jury trial.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Represented literary society before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, overcoming initial rejection of trademark registration for potential confusion.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)
