Primarily defends commercial class actions nationwide involving, in part, RICO, antitrust, fraud, conspiracy, and employment claims in a number of industries. Represents companies in a variety of complex business disputes.
Has participated in the joint, strategic defense of multi-venue class actions involving numerous parties, collateral bankruptcy proceedings, and has appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Has been lead attorney in an overtime class case involving employees in branch offices nationwide; lead attorney in the defense of a nationwide gender discrimination case; and lead attorney in the defense of an age discrimination class action.
