  • Practice for insurers includes both property and casualty coverage issues as well as reinsurance.
  • Intellectual property practice includes patent litigation ranging from cameras to vaccines, and also trademark and trade name disputes.

Y2K insurance claims, including the first appellate decision - Port of Seattle.

Mold and other progressive loss claims.

Represented Honeywell in litigation against the camera industry to enforce its autofocus patents.

Represented Medtronic in patent litigation involving stents.

Part of team representing the State of Minnesota and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota against the tobacco industry
