Ms. Flynn Peterson is a partner whose practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have experienced injury or death as a result of medical negligence. She is currently the president of the Executive Committee of the 52,000-member American Association for Justice.
Mr. Ciresi's practice includes the representation of individuals, corporations and governmental entities for both plaintiff and defense matters. He is chairman of the firm's Executive Board.
Ms. Conlin serves on the firm's Executive Board, and is a partner and trial attorney in the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation and Business Trial & Litigation practices.
Mr. Silberfeld is the managing partner of the firm's Los Angeles office, and he serves on the firm's Executive Board. His trial and appellate experience in complex civil litigation includes business and high technology matters, product liability, professional negligence and mass tort litigation, with particular emphasis upon multi-state, multi-party, and class action litigation.
