Court awarded a $4.8 million judgment based on a jury verdict, to our firm’s clients, based on the negligent representation of the absence of mold in connection with the sale of a residence.

Represented Plaintiffs in Will Contest resulting in $4.2 million settlement (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).

Obtained $5 million verdict for Plaintiff in partnership dispute (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).

Assisted in obtaining jury verdict for defendant in $17 million asbestos property damage claim (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).

Obtained several summary judgments in favor of defendant manufacturer in asbestos property damage litigation (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).

Defended and settled several wrongful death actions involving product liability, negligence, and premises liability claims.

Extensive trial and appellate experience in a variety of commercial and probate litigation.

Bell South Communications, Inc. v. W.R. Grace & Co., 77 F. 3d 603 (2d Cir. 1996) Defense of property damage product liability action against manufacturer of asbestos fire proofing material (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).

Banyan Corporation v. Schucklat Realty, Inc.,611 So. 2d 1281 (Fla. 2d DCA 1992) Represented plaintiff in breach of contract litigation (prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.).
