  • Representation of plaintiff in patent infringement action involving solid detergent cast for use in commercial washing machines.

  • Member of trial team and appellate counsel for Guardian ad Litem in a complex termination of parental rights case involving multiple parties and the application of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act and Minnesota Child Welfare Law.
