- As a member of the Boston office, has spent the past two years working with a team on the associated World Trade Center appraisal hearings conducting a quasi-trial on replacement cost issues before a three panel board, with one neutral and two party appraisers.
- The team also briefed and argued various motions before the Southern District of New York dealing with policy construction and coverage of certain replacement cost values.

World Trade Center Appraisal: Member of the team of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. litigators who have been involved with the multi-billion dollar World Trade Center complex property insurance claims. The claims include a broad spectrum of insurance-based issues including measuring, appraising, and allocating the replacement cost value, actual cash value, and business interruption/rental value of the World Trade Center complex.
