  • Participated in representation of medical device company involving patents on embolic protection devices.  Opposition's trade secret claim was dismissed before trial. 
  • Participated in representation of General Electric Co. in litigation involving patents on magnetic resonance imaging.
  • Participated in representation of GE Money in litigation involving pre-authorization credit cards. 
  • Defended third-party witness pro bono from contempt charge in federal court after witness did not attend subpoenaed deposition.
  • Trial counsel for asylum applicant in front of United States Immigration Court  (Minnesota).   
  • Trial counsel for victims of domestic violence seeking orders for protection and restraining orders.
