Real Estate ParalegalCommercial Real EstatePosition available for an experienced commercial real estate transaction paralegal. Individual will assist in all aspects of preparation and administration of commercial real estate transactions. Must have significant experience in title and survey review. The ideal candidate should also have experience with general corporate transactional work to be able to assist in that area as necessary. Applicant must possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to exercise accurate professional and legal judgment, strong problem solving skills, the ability to simultaneously handle numerous assignments, timelines and people, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions, as well as computer experience strongly preferred. Four year B.A. or B.S. degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program required unless adequate relevant paralegal experience demonstrated.
