Minneapolis, MN – Kathleen Flynn Peterson, a partner with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., was recently inducted as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers. According to the society, it is an honor given to trial lawyers chosen by their peers on the basis of excellence and integrity in advocacy. In addition, the society states that as individuals, the Fellows of the Society are committed to the highest of ethical standards and to civility in all their personal and professional relationships.
Flynn Peterson is a senior partner in the firm's medical malpractice and personal injury national practice sections, whose practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have experienced injury or death as a result of medical negligence. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the American Association for Justice as president-elect, and is slated for the position of president starting July 2007.
