Ecolab, Inc. v. FMC Corp., No. 05-CV-831 (D. Minn. 2007). Represented plaintiff in patent-infringement suit involving chemical sanitizers used to reduce food-borne pathogens. Secured favorable jury verdict as member of trial team.
Israel Bio-Engineering Project v. Amgen, Inc., 401 F.3d 1299 (Fed. Cir. 2005). Represented plaintiff in successful appeal from summary judgment in patent infringement suit regarding a name-brand pharmaceutical.
