  • Experience with international discovery in several countries including Japan, the United Kingdom, and Finland.
  • Represents patent holder in complex patent infringement actions related to digital camera technology.
  • Defended patent holder in ownership dispute involving claims for breach of employment agreements, conversion, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.
  • Represents technology company in patent infringement actions involving personalization of web-based systems.
  • Commercial and employment litigation experience including work-place discrimination claims, construction, and commercial property disputes.
  • Defended family during removal proceedings resulting in the family being able to remain in the United States.

Outside Experience

  • Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as a Law Clerk for the Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section, a research assistant at Georgetown University Law Center, and a Law Clerk for Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility.
  • Prior to attending law school, worked as a software and systems engineer for various software and semiconductor companies.
