Tracy Irons-Dieterle
I have served the medical community as a Registered Nurse for more than 16 years. My professional career has included critical care nursing in open heart, transplant, and emergency room services. I have extensive training and experience in the field of Cardiology, to include Electrophysiology, Interventional and Non-Invasive therapies. I have had the opportunity to serve clients from throughout the Minneapolis area in a wide range of medical emergencies which allowed me to fully understand the need for compassion, understanding and patience in addition to their prescribed medical care. I take great pride in my efforts to ensure that patients' rights are fully protected.
In 2001, I obtained formal certification in the field of Legal Nurse Consultant and worked independently for a few years, focusing on Medical Malpractice. I joined the firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in 2005, bringing my nursing credentials and experience to the Mass Tort / Product Liability Department. I am currently working on cases involving the pain killer Vioxx, providing research and review along with oversight on medical histories.
I am steadfast in my commitment to my clients and my fellow Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. staff and the issues they face. I believe strongly in diligence and persistence and I work hard to make sure that all client needs are met in a timely, accurate manner. I am also very proud of my role as an advocate for patient care.
