Our litigation experience is equally wide ranging, including individual and class action Title VII, FLSA and age discrimination actions, trade secrets, wrongful termination, breach of contract, ADA and restrictive convenants. We have litigated in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as representing clients in governmental proceeedings, such as DOL and EEOC investigations and actions. Our employment lawyers often conduct workshops, training and seminars on various employee relations issues, such as harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance and protection of intellectual property.
