William H. Stanhope Named a “Georgia Super Lawyer”

(March 2008) William Stanhope, a partner in the firm's Atlanta office, was recently named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics.**
Mr. Stanhope is a member of the firm's Executive Board and is chair of the firm's Insurance Department. His practice covers many areas in insurance litigation including reinsurance, property insurance coverage and subrogation, fire litigation, and inspection defense cases with particular experience involving the areas of turbine generator problems, fires, explosions and equipment failures, constructions equipment failures including cranes and blocks, metallurgical failures including boiler and pressure vessel incidents and welding related fires and explosions, geotechnical issues, water treatment chemistry problems and business interruption issues.
