    Represented computer parts distributor in trademark litigation on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, resulting in the affirmance of verdict of non-infringement.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

    Represented manufacturer of produce bag dispensers in patent appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

    Represented mutual fund trader in defense of criminal action brought by New York Attorney General's office over alleged mutual fund "late trading," resulting in acquittal.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)
