    $5.6 million recovered after mediation in a medical malpractice case involving negligent failure to diagnose and treat bacterial meningitis resulting in serious and permanent injuries to our 34-year-old client.  Read More

    Represented a patient in a case in which Minnesota Supreme Court recognized a common law cause of action against a hospital for negligent credentialing of a physician.  Larson v. Wasemiller, 738, N.W.2d 300 (Minn. 2007).
