Firm's Attorneys Receive Professional Excellence Award

Recently, the Minnesota State Bar Association awarded Richard Allyn, John Eisberg, Leo Feeney, Thomas Hamlin, Annie Huang, Thomas Kayser, William Maddix, Chris Messerly, Vincent Moccio, Jason Pfeiffer, and Philip Sieff with the "Professional Excellence Award" for their pro bono representation of survivors of the 35W Bridge Collapse.

To date, the firm's attorneys have contributed 10,842 hours representing survivors of the bridge collapse on a pro bono basis.  Our firm continues to represent bridge victims in litigation against the engineering and construction corporations that caused the greatest man-made disaster in state history.

The "Professional Excellence Award,"  which is presented annually, is given to members of the MSBA who have demonstrated substantial efforts to advance the legal profession and the administration of justice.  This year's award was presented on June 25 at the MSBA's annual convention in Duluth.
